You are in Excellent Shape If You...

  2. Have a VO2 max of greater than 57.1 (or can run for 12 minutes at a pace of at least 14 km/h)
  3. Can complete a single rep of bench press with 1.32 times your body weight
  4. Can complete a single rep of leg press with 2.05 times your body weight
  5. Can do at least 36 push-ups
